The LA Times reported that this was a U.S. drone strike conducted by the Pentagon's Joint Special Operations Command. Other reports confirm the presence of drones. Most reports only refer to militants killed, but the Washington Post says "many civilians" were also killed. To quantify that claim we have assumed that one third of those killed in this strike could have been civilians.
